I wish we could re-order an old design. While I did receive my order on time, what I did not receive was my refund on the portion of my order that I canceled. I was told it would take 7-10 business days and it's been longer than that.

Declined the proof about 3-4 times - didn't sound like they paid attention to what I needed to have changed and kept sending the same proof back until they finally got it right.
