Overall, I like the products I received. The proofs were very helpful. I was a little confused when I first went on the site trying to figure out how to communicate what I wanted. First I did the online chat, but that person was looking for an order number which I didn't have since I hadn't placed the order yet. I called the order telephone number and was told the process to follow. They were very helpful in me completing my order and ultimately getting a proof. The cocktail napkins were perfect. The dinner napkins were custom designed. The first round was not what I was looking for, but they fixed the design after I sent a sample. Communicating with the design department requires creating a ticket. The only other confusing part is how you are redirected to another website within email communications. Another phone call solved that problem. Received my order in a timely manner. Lastly, I was impressed that the products were made in the USA and willing to pay a little extra to do so.

We've used them for our event that last 5 years. Wristbands are a total hit and love that we can change it up each year.

Colors were nice but differed quite a bit from what they looked like online. The neon orange looked more like the Texas orange and both the Cerulian and Raspberry turned out darker. The camo however turned out much better than expected! We printed white on the camo and it was very clearly legible.
The designing, ordering and delivering was fantastic! Great print job. Definitely will order again!

This is the second time I have ordered form imprint.com. My order was easy to place from the website. The quality was great. The prices were the lowest I found. The order came exactly as I expected. They were perfect! The only thing that I could say negative is that I never got anyting telling me when my order was going to be shipped. So I had to call and verify that the order was even being worked on. They did come on time and everything was great. I would order from this company again.
If it's regarding the wristbands great. Lanyards... okay supposed to be silver lettering and is all the way around except on one one every one of them
