Everything was good, but I am 30 short of what I ordered and 8 damaged
I was a little disappointed with our most recent purchase of tablecloths from imprint.com. We had previously ordered some 6ft burgundy tablecloths from imprint and were relatively satisfied with the color, design, size, and print quality. We decided to order more of the same color tablecloth, with the same design, in 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft sizes.
First, the burgundy tablecloth was not available in 4ft and I was told there was nothing they can do about it.
Second, when we received the tablecloths, they were a completely different color/shade of burgundy from the previous order so we can't use them together or side by side.
And third, the logos are entirely too large on the front and the sides this time. I am not sure what changed between our first order and our most recent but we sadly probably will not be ordering more any time soon from imprint.com.
3x6 vinyl stickers were not laminated and flimsy making them difficult to get off backing or attach to anything. They were also poorly cut with crooked lines and showing white cut lines rather than full bleed. I'll look elsewhere for stickers in the future.
I missed the email to approve the proofs, and by the time I approved the proofs, I thought there would be no way the buttons would get to me in time for our event. The buttons arrived the day before and exactly as I had envisioned them. They were inexpensive compared to other vendors, accurate, and speedy. A perfect score!
I was very pleased with the work and details of the bracelets.
Orded and worked with Imprint designer only to be told that the product I had ordered was no longer available. Changed products to something similar and received them in the mail this weekend. They do not look very professional.
Ordered online and that was easy for me to do (old Lady). Wanted to surprise my son with product for a dream he has and the results were great. Thank you
Initially, I appreciated being able to upload my own design, notifications to approve the proof and the ability to make changes when the design proof did not match my expectations. After that approval email, communication stopped and the shipping date I chose with my order was not honored. When I called to check on my order I was told that I needed to check their FAQ to know the REAL shipping time which was weeks longer and after my event date. I was forced to pay a crazy new shipping cost to get my shirts shipped in time. Honestly the experience with Imprint.com created additional unnecessary stress and I will not use this company again for future events. Especially after reading reviews and learning that this experience is common with this company.
Signs looked great, high quality. Printed and shipped quickly. The only issue with delivery timing was on the carrier's end, after an initial shipment delay which we were compensated for.
Overall happy with the experience; would use Imprint again.
I was easily able to submit my order in Imprint.com and had it shipped over to the venue to get there two days before the event. The t-shirts looked great! Thank you.

I'm surprised that Imprint.com received such high marks. Not my experience. Don't trust any of the dates they promise for delivery.
This is a difficult company. I have supplied photos of my standard six (6) foot folding with the custom full table cover. It drapes over the table and bunches up on the ground where it will get wet and dirty during outdoor events. There is so much fabric on the grou6that it is also a tripping hazard!
My experience with my first ever order was amazing and Jake in customer service was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Imprint for your promtional apparel needs!
The customer service was fine. They arrived quickly. But I've never seen a trucker hat shaped like this. It's wide at the bottom and narrow at the top. Almost cone-line. Not how much trucker hats are shaped. They do not look good. We can't even sell them for $10. Very disappointed about the money we spent for what we ended up with.
Ordered on Feb 11, it said estimated delivery date Feb 20. I got an email on Feb 20 that they're in production. They arrived on March 2. Not cool.

I got some needed help from customer service and got my order prepared in time. I would defi Italy use them again!
On a whim I ordered some shirts from this company after having a bad experience from another. I designed the shirt and only ordered 4 so I wouldn't be out much money if it ended up being poor quality. Imagine my surprise when they arrived and the printing was crisp and clear! I ordered a purple shirt and didnt realize there would be undertones of a different color in the fabric but that happy little mistake made my logos "pop" even more.
Designing it was easy and my shirts arrived quickly AND at a very decent price. Will be ordering more soon!
