My order turns out as expected.
I love the concept that the products are made in the USA with USA workers. Once the balloons were printed and received, the were excellent and exactly what I wanted and expected. I did have a problem getting your team to print my balloons as ordered and they continuously delayed the order from going into production by demanded better and improved art work for nearly a week which was very frustrating. Finally when I said I would cancel the order since they could no longer get it to me on time they said, "Oh, we can waive the art quality issue and go to production with your approval!". So I agreed as I would have done on day 1 if the option was presented. You agree to get them to me by 10/21. Getting the balloons "out of production" from 10/18 to 10/21 and into shipping was a hassle until again I decided to cancel the order, suddenly they were ready to ship overnight on 10/21 and I received them hours before my event on 1022. I'm glad I did, but it tested my patience to get the balloons in Gettysburg on time as agreed to.
Never Ever order from this company. Ever! Don't believe the site when it says 3 day order turnaround. That's only if you pay the ridiculous expedite fees. 10 biz days after order placement and my order has yet to be made. Their customer service people are horrible. Clayton never processed a change of address that I requested and Barney couldn't even tell me when my order would ship. Find another printing company. Seriously.

I have order on 7th oct, today is oct 25th, still not received my order. Just called them and they told my order is pending, there is some issue with border color, I asked why you guys don't called or email, and they lied they called me several times. Now to receive my order 2 more weeks, and when I ask refund I have to give written application. Don't trust them.

I was unsatisfied with the individual I spoke with on the phone. I had an art issue that could have been resolved very easily if the gentleman would have offered ideas/suggestions on how to fix it. Rather, I was hurriedly told to make a decision.
I indicated to him that I would like to change my entire order and he told me that if I did that it would be another 2-3 weeks.
I am not happy with the overall product and I will not be ordering from your company again.
