It was so easy to decorate and create my own shot glass. I wish the designs that were already made were easier to load but it was great!

Cart kept disappearing as I worked on my custom design- had to do it over 3 times. Had a bit of an issue with shipping, but I think it was the carrier's communication, not imprint so much.

The process was quick and painless.

Good overall experience for the most part, there was some confusion at points and it was informing me that I still needed to do excess steps and how I needed to provide feedback immediately, but then I wouldn't hear back for a while so that was somewhat frustrating but when the product did finally come, it looked pretty good.

It took much longer to receive the signs. I kept receiving calls that there was an issue with the picture I uploaded but when I would call in, they said there was no issue. Your voicemail system could be improved. I had to call 3 diff numbers to talk to someone.

All went well. Happy to recommend them for banners!

I love all of the options that I had to choose from when making a lanyard, and the fact that I can see a preview before buying really helps me know if the lanyard will look right.

This was a horrible experience and we will never shop here again.
