Outstanding!
Pretty good service overall. I was very happy with the end product and the quality. Price was AWESOME!
We ordered a large number of branded coffee mugs. The mugs are of exactly the quality described and we are very happy with them. The only issue at all is that the colors on the website are not quiet a match to the actual product. Fairly close but not exactly what we expected. In fairness that warning is listed on the site. Apart from that everything was good and we will use this company again.

Trying to find design difficult
Thought I had ordered larger but with adjustment in design it kicked out original size preference. My fault for not paying attention.
Was easy to navigate, understand, and order. The on-call personnel helped me with anything that was unclear (I wanted to order one type of item, but in two different designs and saw that shipping was being to each, and the person explained why that was).
Easy and good shopping
The products arrived earlier than expected. The Imprint.com team surpassed my expectations.
I had a last minute, rush order, and everything was delivered when promised. The product was exactly as expected. I will be ordering again in the future.

I had two different customer service experiences.
The first was wonderful. I had an issue with my design rendering after completing the order and the customer service agent kindly assisted with correcting the design to the correct one very quickly. He was extremely helpful.
The second experience was terrible. I ordered rush production, rush shipping(1day, 1day) services for my shot glass. However after a few days of it not arriving I called the company only for the customer service agent to inform me rush shipping only means they would ship it from the warehouse within 1 day, it would still take 1 week to arrive. This is ridiculous, the wording on the website intentionally implies the product will ARRIVE within a day of being sent out. On top of all of this, the customer service agent had absolutely no clue why this was misleading and was not helpful in any way shape or form. This experience was extremely frustrating because it revealed how little the customer service agent knew too.
The glasses themselves were fairly good quality, of the 150 ordered, only about 5 had any defects(defective printing).
Good Quality
It was confusing to place my order. I received an email with a delivery date of Nov 6th but when I did not receive them I called and was told that I did not approve them so they were not ordered.
It cost me an additional $25 for a rush job
