The letters and graphics were very nicely done. The colors are bright and true to what I chose from online. I was hoping the lanyard itself was a bit thicker and more heavy duty. I might have upgraded if I had known.
It was easy to customize
I am disappointed that I could not use 2 colors on the 9" latex balloon and that the website allowed me to do so when ordering. I never got notification when your company would update the order, only initially. Due to that, it took much longer than expected.
I gave my imprinted shot glass to a friend who used it and then washed it by hand and all the ink came off. I love the glasses but when you pay that much to have the ink fall off it is very disappointing.
Overall it was a good experience. The website was a little unfriendly when making multiple purchases, but not bad.
EASY TO USE
When we placed our order, the website said it would be a 3 day printing process and 4 day delivery (we paid extra for the quick delivery). After ordering, and not receiving a status update for over a week, we contacted the company and was told those timelines were not guaranteed because we did not pay for a rush order. So we ended up having to pay additional shipping fees to get our product on time. While we are very satisfied with the product, we were very frustrated that the stated timelines were not adhered to, were very misleading and impacted our opinion of our order.
Easy to order and the mugs came out great!
Website is horrible. I lost an hour's work due to no ability to save design work as I went along. There isn't even a way to create an account for saved work until the checkout process. Very, very frustrating and amateurish website.
