DO NO BUY FROM THEM. I just purchased from them and when I received the product the quality was ok to good and I was fine with it.
However out of the 3 items I ordered 2 of them were missing one pc of each. I thought oh this can happen I will contact them and all will be good they will just send the missing pcs.
Well to my surprise they refuse to own up to the fact they shipped my order 2 pcs shy of complete.
They keep asking for photo proof of the missing pc. How do you take a photo of the missing pc?
PLEASE Trust me this company is good and BAD at the same time. If anything goes wrong with your order they will provide you every excuses in the world to not take care of it. The good as mentioned I was happy with the quality and the price but after them not owning up to the missing pcs and calling me a liar I have had it with them.

Very satisfied with the communication and customer service.
Twas easy to make but expensive. I ordered 2 and literally received 12. I got 6 in the mail at once and then 5 more came about a week later.
Service and guidance to complete my order was good.
Design platform was a little clunky.
Some of the buttons were busted open/plastic didn't cover whole button when they arrived. The design was also a bit off but that was our fault for not paying for a proof
Exactly as ordered
It was really good! I had some trouble making changes to the order after one of my items was unavailable with the bots but once I talked to an actual customer service representative everything was taken care of. Only recommendation is that our items would be packaged in a more organized manner instead of all our different balloons thrown into one box. Looking forward to ordering from you again in the future!

It took multiple phone calls to settle on the right design, but my tablecloth turned out great!
The ordering process was simple. The production and delivery was quick. I am happy that my order was exactly what I was expecting. We will order from Imprint again.

There was no follow up email to notify me to approve design.
Was confused when I received email to confirm delivery prior to approving. Logged into account before calling for support when I realized that I needed to approve the design before print and shipment.
There is no clear communication that there is an approval process before print and shipment.
This would have eliminated delivery delays.
That's the only thing that I noticed that threw me off a bit but not to the point that I wouldn't use services again. Now that I know the process.
Would be wise to fix for future first time customers.
