When I made my ordered I made a mistake with the color of wristbands that I purchased. I submitted a ticket asking if there was way to get the color changed. Customer service was quick to answer and answer my questions. I was able to get the color changed and the wristbands still arrived on time.
Imprint customer service was great, attentive and quick to respond with questions. They actually reached out to me to clarify the design. They confirmed and suggested changes be made to improve the quality, they sent me a proof and it definitely improved. I'm so glad they reached out and still sent the Koozies on time, they were a hit!

Imprint was a nice & easy shopping experience that provided great mock ups before purchase. Unfortunately, our product came in damaged and dirty. Some of the buttons were even broken. Overall, I'm not satisfied with what we received.
The website for designing my shot glass was a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out I was able design an awesome product. The price could not be beat anywhere else with the detail I had requested.

I purchased the embossed style. It is OK but not as easy to read as the samples show. Would most likely choose a printed style in the future.

There was a problem with my order and nobody reached out to me until the order was three days late. They then tried to tell me it would be an additional $300 to fulfill my original order that was placed that was already $200. I spoke to four people and got absolutely nowhere they do not care about their customers and there are other printing and marketing companies that will actually care enough to rectify the situation. However these people will just continue to repeat themselves like robots and not actually help you with the issue unless you want to pay more.
Payed for accelerated delivery - ended up having to pay more because i didnt get the right associated mailing option - not super clear. Did like the mug though.
