I placed an order on May 1. Designing the one sign was easy. I was suppose to receive it May 14th. Oh, wait... that was only an estimate according to customer service. It is May 27, spoke to customer service, they can't tell me anything except it is in production. So, it hasn't even been sent out. My daughter graduates college and that sign was to make things a little brighter. Unfortunately, I placed an order for an additional 4 signs for other graduating seniors' families May 13th, expecting I would receive the order when promised. Still waiting to hear from someone that can tell me what is happening.

I was happy with ease of sight but not excited that I had to start my design over... top of page said I had free shipping "today only" and that was never and option. Total bate and switch IMO!

Honestly, in 15 years of dealing with print companies, this was the worst experience I'd ever had. Inferior products, massive delays, customer service was extremely unprofessional save for one rep (phone). I'll not be back.

Site user friendly and easy to navigate

Imprint was an easy website to set up my product request. After that, it all falls apart. They took 5 days on a 1 day rush (of which I paid) and then, when they finally delivered it (3 days late) they were almost impossible to work with as they fought with me everyday about refunding the cost of the expedited services. They will not speak over the phone about issues, only work through an internet email thread. Their customer service personnel had no qualms about lying to me to get me off the phone. When I tried to get my refund for the services they did not do, it took another week of fighting with me to get any refund (and I still don't have it).
Sign looks great and was delivered as expected.
Quick and EASY
We wanted "merch" to support Andrea's new French CD, and the buttons gave us an expensive way to share that message with clear, crisp artwork.
The design and ordering process was easy to complete! The team was responsive when we had questions and needed support. Our signs turned out awesome! Great quality and a great price!
They were quick to let me know that the graphic I uploaded to use was not going to print well so they suggested I redesign but were willing to use what I had submitted. Some companies would have just printed and said they weren't responsible for the quality but you all gave me the opportunity to redesign it. I am thankful for that as the signs turned out looking great and were a big hit with my staff.
