All of my photos contained lines and other stuff. Some of the photos were not edged and some were not straight. The redo corrected these issues.
My photographs were expertly digitized and I love having online access to them. It is a project that would have taken me ages to complete and iMemories did it in a couple of weeks. All my originals were retuned in perfect condition. To say the least, I am a very happy camper!

We found old movies from the 1960s in my dad's belongings. To be able to view them again is priceless! Who has a movie projector anymore? It is wonderful to see these old movies again.

This company really wants you to buy their cloud services or their overpriced flash drives. The download to my own external hard drive was horrendous! It took hours and required trying several times for single files to download. I called multiple times and basically got no help. Unlike before ordering I was told that I would be walked through downloading. No one was willing to do that when I was having difficulties, rather they said, just delete it and try again. Downloads could take overnight. What a racket! Just know that they really don't want you to download yourself!

The iMemories process was simple and considering the digital copies came from almost 40 year old VHS tapes, they came out pretty good. They were also able to process old metal frame slides (which other copy places could not handle) from the 40's which came out excellent.
The box they sent me (I paid for on their site) was large enough for my items. In fact, I could have had three times as many tapes. If you only had a few slides to digitize, the box size would be ridiculous.

I would highly recommend iMemories for any one trying to convert to digital. First I would suggest getting the shipping box. It makes the process so simple. When your shipping box is received it took a short time before your images are online. What a thrill! Thank you to the staff at iMemories!😊

What a treasure to be able to send off all forms of my home videos (VHS tapes, Hi8 tapes, CDs) and have the ability to view them again AND share them with others! My adult children have enjoyed watching their childhood and the adolescent years of their parents. So thankful to have access to a form of our family history.

The confidence level in iMemories was lowered when it took almost 2 months to receive the protective mailer packaging for materials to be digitalized. Living in Hawaii, we expect delays, but over 2 months was almost unacceptable, but since we were committed we moved forward with our order.
My family really enjoyed looking back at memories that we have talked about for years and were able to visually share them with the younger generation.
