Quick and high quality conversion…. ………………………………………zzz

It seems strange to me that it cost the same to have a CD with five photos on it as a CD or DVD full of 4 or 5 videos. It is also really interesting that the charge for everything is DOUBLE if you don't have a coupon or happen to call them and complain how expensive it it,(as you have to pay before they do any work on your order) THEN they say, oh, we will give you the discounted rate, which is 50% cheaper. Scam. Just offer good prices and don't play games with us exhausted consumers!

I thought the quality of the photos would turn out better. Otherwise your service was seamless.

Before iMemories I selected another company based on the expected product delivery time. Paid the initial fee, never recieved communication how to send the videos. Imemories has an easy process, efficiency, and I received the videos sooner than expected

The job that y'all did was great and now I can look at my memories.

All aspects of the process seemed to work, except for the original receipt of multi-video sections for some of my films which were submitted as single unit VHS or spliced Super 8's. I did not expect that, and I'm still not sure why that was done. Staff was responsive and I was then given single video files to replace the others. There is also one VHS that was not done because I was told it was a televised tape. That was not so. I am still waiting for a review of that decision, and no originals have been returned. The VHS was taped at a public dinner meeting of International Cops for Christ, and I was one of the Christian singers at that affair. I was given a copy of the VHS, and it was not televised. It does have special meaning to me since the song I sang ministered directly to the guest speaker. If it will not be digitized, I expect to be called, and that a credit for that charged VHS is being made to my credit card! Still no word after weeks of waiting.

You get exactly what is advertised. If you have anything slightly outside of what is listed, they won't do it. The videos are on line, and to keep it that way you'll need a subscription at additional cost. You can download everything, however and store the videos yourself. That is a fairly easy process. Editing for me is a bit more challenging than I thought it would be and the files are not as broken into individual events as I thought they would be. Overall a solid service.

All was scanned and it's great to have access to them digitally

I was worried at first that converting my 20 + tapes would be a hassle, but in the end it was so easy and convenient. Would definitely use iMemories again

Simple and fast turnaround, when I called because I didn't understand the process the person I spoke with was pleasant, friendly and easy to understand.

We received all our old video and cassette tapes back in digital form in great quality and very quickly! We will definitely use this company again!

For the videos we had transferred, they did a good job and we are happy. There was one tape, however, that was a mix of a tv show and home videos. They did not transfer that tape, citing copyright, and claimed the entire thing was the tv show. It was not. Upon receiving the tape back, it was only halfway wound, indicating that they never got to the home video portion and gave up on it. I was extremely disappointed that they argued with me over the tape I personally had viewed prior to sending in. I wound up taking it to another company.

The slides and videos were cleanly digitized. The service was great.
