I am happy I can access the films online. I'm just not sure how to save them with what type of jump drive?

I understand that 30 year old Super 8 video tapes should be lower resolution than we have today, but the digital version that I have received is unusually grainy and dark. The audio, however is very clear.
Just so amazed we are able to send in so many videos and have them digitized very quickly. Also to receive our old videos back to keep is very comforting. I'm so happy we found iMemories, and will surly be sending more videos in little by little.
Photos that contained a human face were digitized with true color. If there wasn't anybody in the frame, the color was wildly off. All of my outdoor scenes wee an ugly shade of blue.

When we do the digital conversion of slides they are dry cleaned, scanned through dust filters and put through a color correction process to ensure the colors look natural. We do not however do any digital enhancements or restoration services. The images you see online are how the original photos were taken. Made the overwhelming job of digitalizing my parents and grandparents slides, photos and movies so easy. It was so rewarding to view them on my phone through the I memories app! Amazing!

I sent in multiple vhs tapes to be digitized. Some of these tapes were over 30 years old. I wasn't sure if the staff at iMemories would be able to convert them. I had tried playing them on a few VCRS with no luck. I could hear sound but no video. IMemories came through and did a great job converting them.

After multiple attempts, the VHS tape was successfully digitized. However, the content was not provided in a single consolidated format, but rather in three separate digital copies. Despite repeated requests for consolidation into a single copy, the provider informed us that they could only provide two separate digital formats.
Hi Stacy, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. When we do the digital conversion our team does seperate the videos into scenes. They use location changes, time stamps and camera stops/starts to create these scenes. We can remove the scenes in order to have one continuous video when customers prefer. I see we were unable to do that for you, due to the damaged ribbon inside the tape we received. We appreciate your understanding, as this is very rare.
