Great experience, easy to navigate, quick turnaround time

I liked almost everything about my experience with iMemories. You certainly have the process under control from beginning to end. The online process was clear and easy. The physical process of receiving proper shipping materials and getting back my originals was seamless. The quality of the digital content was just as good as the originals. I thought the cost was a bit high. Possibly, this is a situation where you get what you pay for.

I cannot describe how happy I am with the whole process with your company. You delivered excellent customer service! You have no idea the joy you have brought to my family. Some of those films were over 65 years old! You did EVERYTHING you said you would do. Do you know how rare that is? I have a good friend that is using your company after I told them about you. Great overall experience with IMEMORIES! Fast processing of my old films and unexpected good quality. These films were at least 65 years old and were found stored in a hot Louisiana garage. Didn't have much hope, but 9 of 10 reels were successfully processed.

I had difficulty navigating the website and had to contact customer service. They were very helpful. The product was great, and I would recommend the service even though the prices are high. Once I added in the cost of all of the mailing it was more than expected but can't complain about the security of the service (I was worried about my originals getting lost and they were priceless). I would definitely use them again.

I wished that I was told that after I organized my stuff on your website that it would become unorganized when I downloaded them to my tower. I had to rename everything to get them organized again---

We wanted to watch our Hi-8 videos to watch over the holidays: our player was broken and irreplaceable. We had to find someone's to borrow. It was clear the tapes were aging. In steps IMemories. I sent them off they were back within ten days and now we have them forever. It's been fun watching them. I'd do it again!

Working with iMemories was simple and straight forward as we turned our in-laws slides and photos into something that can be shared by all. Would use again.

My five sons are age 30+ now. Wondering what to do with the VHS cassettes on a closet shelf at home is no longer a concern. Many options for retaining those significant memories so each son could decide how to use the digitized video as a keepsake. As I move into a smaller home, I know the VHS space may be eliminated without the loss of "glory days" from high school.

Overall pretty good. Wished date labels were less buggy and that the software was tested more.

I sent twelve home videos to imemories and are enjoying watching vacations, graduations & family parties from the past. Two tapes needed to be reviewed for audio issues & customer service was great in fixing it quickly & perfectly.

It took about six weeks for the shipping box to get to me in Hawaii, then you could only digitize two of the ten reels of film I sent in.

I sent a large number. They were returned on hood shape, most of the scans are except reproductions but a few are overexposed.

All the things I ordered were done correctly and some vague areas were interpreted correctly. I sent a VHS with some dubbed movies from 1995, but I really just wanted a high school video project that I did that year. Technicians figured out what I really wanted and only converted that video for me due to copyright issues, likely. Still, I wish they would have asked for clarification.
There was no way for me to explain what part of the footage I wanted to digitize during any part of the process. That part should be included.

I had hoped to upload all my pictures to a single location, but instead, I received an estimate of $1,000. It didn't assist in downsizing my pictures into one convenient location; I could only view a few and wasn't able to choose the ones to upload. Now, I have only a handful of pictures, which I refuse to pay a monthly fee to access. It was a waste of time and money.

I have loved viewing all my old videos digitally now. What a blessing. Although, some of my media was not converted and I do not know why? It was just sent back with no explanation. I would still do it all over again to have these beautiful videos to see my children again as babies
