Where do I begin from start to finish. I've been so impressed this has been my second order to iMemories. And I'm so pleased with this company. I have complete faith in this company and have been telling my friends and family of their service. I trust them completely. As to reviews way beyond a top 10. Scales are not high enough to explain their service. I thank them. I thank them so much. Definitely will be using them again.
At first, I was a little disappointed with the quality of my videos. Until I saved them to a USB. They were a little clearer and was easier to view.

My order came very quickly. I was surprised when it arrived. It was very easy to load the app and have my videos available right away. I am in the process of ordering smother kit box to send in more videos.

Very quick service. Wish they would have labeled my originals with stickers to match files online so I could determine I got everything back and ensure it was digitized.

To be honest, I was VERY nervous about sending my 25 precious video tapes to a company far away. But iMemories did a fantastic job and it all worked out just a promised!
