Thank you for taking our family memories and bringing them to life on screen.

There seems to be a lot of interference lines at the top or bottom of the videos. Many of the videos are very jumpy and the sound is garbled. This is not what I expected for what I paid.

I got the perfect birthday gift for my son by showing him a tape from his 4th year (1976) when only Super 8 reels exist

I haven't seen these videos in almost 30 years! They were beautifully done, fast service and brought my family to tears.

The process was a bit confusing but I sent in my future in-law's wedding video on vhs and a couple weeks later I got it digital! It was great watching it and I can't wait to surprise them with it. Got the physical vhs back a week or two later after that. Smooth process after figuring out what I had to do.

I was very happy with the results of my digital video. It arrived in a timely manner.

This was a fairly expensive project and it turned out fairly well. However, given the cost, I felt I should have been granted more time to review the digitized photos before having to decide to pay for cloud storage.

This is a sound company. They did what they said they do and quickly. I figured it would be months but when they got into the pics and tapes it was a few days. I'd use them again if I had more memories to digitalize.

A little expensive but all in all it worked out. My memories I received came in a timely matter and were accurate

On my initial visit to the site it appeared that I was paying for a conversion but apparently only paid for a mailing box, which was way to large for the one video I wanted to convert...! Then had to pay again to get the video converted. I would have much rather mailed in the video myself and then paid just one time.

Might photos were not organized as they advertised on the website

The order was large but they emailed me each time a portion had been done. The quality was good and ease of doing this was terrific.

IMemories digitized a dozen ~37-year-old Video8 tapes on time and without any hassles or surprises. They helpfully titled the 12 resulting "albums" using the tapes' original handwritten names. Competitive pricing.

The picture and audio is true to the original, and iMemories segmented each tape into 4 to 17 different files -- apparently based on scenes from the tapes? I'm not entirely clear.

There is no option for them to keep the tapes after digitization -- they have to ship them back to you.
You can download the videos from the cloud, and from there, upload them to YouTube, Google drive, etc.
I would choose iMemories again!

We tried a different company that was very expensive and paid for junk videos. This was easy, affordable and we are pleased.

I got to see videos I had not seen in over 20 years. It was beautiful! We got to hear and see familiar voice that have now passed on and it really brought a lot of smiles and happiness!

IMemories provides excellent service. Shipping my VHS tapes to them was an easy process and turnaround time was fairly quick.

I am so happy to have digital versions of memories that otherwise would have been forgotten about or unviewable.

Because I submitted 2 VHS tapes with material recorded from the television, copywriting regulations prevented these from being converted to digital media. I had a difficult time finding this information on the website and had to call a customer service agent in order to confirm that what I thought was an incomplete order (missing two tapes) was not a mistake.

Expect to get many marketing emails from iMemories after you send in your media for conversion. The website offers no unsubscribe button to stop this unwanted deluge so I had to make this request in person over the phone. It did not stop the amount of marketing emails that they sent me.

Overall, I am happy with the conversion of my VHS tapes.
