The wedding video was corrupted sound file and your company did not fix the sound iss or clean the 30 year old tape and improve the color on the tape. Your company merely copied it. I had to pay and extra expense to have another company restore my wedding tape to the original quality.

IMemories specializes in creating a digital copy of old home movie films, videotapes, photos, slides, and negatives so they can be viewed again with today's technology. We can often help reduce tracking (gray lines through the picture), audio issues and some other quality problems. We do not however do video restoration services. The original quality of the recording and condition of a tape will affect the outcome. Having valuable family memories on tape are of little benefit when the appliances to view them are no longer available. Having IMemories update my family photos is like bringing the past back to life.

I had iMemories transfer home movies years ago. I was slow to get my photos together, but once I sent them it the service was super fast. The only thing I don't love is (and this just may be me) downloading and/or printing is not as simple. Still, they are finally all in one place so I can organize and do what I want.

Thank you Imemories for bringing me peace of mind knowing that my lifetime of picture memories are all in one place and easy to share with my grandchildren. ( and the process pushed me into gathering them all together and sorting them - definitely memory previews). But as I was reminiscing, I realized how many photos I did not take - so many places and faces I would like to bring into focus as I am growing older. I might not be famous but I would like to think I will be remembered.
Everything went according to plan, just as they said it would. Most of my 8mm films process good. Just 2 of the old Kodak 8mm films did not. I would recommend them to all. Thanks.
