In moving, I found some slides I had (about 150) that I didn't know existed. The process of packaging them and sending them off couldn't have been easier. It took a while for them to be processed, but no more than I expected. Also the picture quality wasn't as good, but cameras just seem to be better now. Overall I'm very pleased.

I am able to access them online and put them cds myself

I recently had my family reunion (1991,1992, and 1995) VCR tapes restored and am very happy with this company. I have since found 6 more family reunion tapes which I will be sending to have them done.

A friend told me about iMemories and they did not disappoint. My VHS tapes were digitized and are now available on my iPad to view at any moment.

I loved it. My family and me are enjoying spreading the memories that were once just locked away. My only suggestion is adding possible problems that may arise (for us was a rusted screw on a tape. Also was not able to be converted.) Just need clear communication when stuff like that happens. I' m happy with the service and have been in contact with other relatives that may have old vhs, betamax, etc., that we may be able to convert. Keep it up guys :)

I found two old unmarked camcorder tapes after 22 years. All I knew is the camcorder was given to us when our son was born. I was hoping beyond hoping there would be videos of our son. What a relief that one tape was me pregnant a week before our son was born and one was when he was about year old. I could not find anyone locally to convert these to digital and was grateful to find iMemories. And bonus...we can watch it on our smart tv too!

I have been using Imemories for about 3 years trying to get my all my videos digitalized. They have all been so nice and have helped me when I contact them.

Good results of digital memories. Kept account for a while until I got them into a hard drive at home.

This was a project I have been meaning to do for over a decade. I went to multiple CVS stores who claimed they could convert these into photographs and was turned away from all of them. This was super easy and clear, Al though I do wish there was a cost range or estimate prior to mailing everything in.

My experience was very touching the customer service was like a therapist very understanding and kind and helpful we need more people like her on this planet

Overall, this process was very simple and easy to execute. Everything was completed within the timeframe and all materials were returned to me.

Very satisfied with the results although expensive. Video quality is good for 60 plus year old film.
