In the advertisement it stated that the photos would be color corrected, old photos restored and fuzzy photos sharpened. This did not happen.
I have a question on 4 tapes B,D, F & K they are not very clear. When I went recorded from a VHS to a DVD I adjusted the tracking so it would not show those lines can you clear them up all the others look great
Watching VHS of me at the age my daughter is now (10), I was floored at the similarities. Such a great way to share with family in different parts of the world, and be able to pass them down.
I was updated at different stages of the process after I mailed my tapes in the box that was sent to me. Shortly, the videos were available to me online and the originals were returned to me. The process was very easy and it has brought great joy to my family to watch the videos!

Easy process, memory box delivered, protective wrapping and return mailing slip included. Packed box with VHS, sent to FedEx. Within weeks everything was transferred. A few weeks later my originals returned. It's just that easy. Thank you
This process was so easy. I was surprised that it was so quick as well. I thought it was going to be really expensive, I think that is why I waited so long to get it done. It was super easy to send to my kids to watch. I wish I would have done it sooner.
Simply gather your photos and old tapes and send them in. My wife started crying when she saw videos that we had completely forgotten about!

When we do the digital conversion photos are dry cleaned, cropped and rotated if needed, scanned through dust filters and put through a color correction process to ensure the colors look as natural as possible.
