The entire process was extremely easy. Was so happy with final product. Received old VHS tapes back quickly as well. Very satisfied customer.

The only downside is our family's videos from the 80s look low-resolution. I'm not sure if the conversion process downgraded them or if they were just lo-rez to begin with.

If I had other videos, I would use your service again. I had just a couple of minor issues - I didn't realize you can't digitize video taped off the air, so maybe that could be more obvious on the web page. Also, videos were randomly split, so I need to combine some and split others to have them make logical sense. I was expecting one large video file and all I would need to do is split, but I'll manage somehow.

Everything online was great. However, I live in the Scottsdale area and had the chance to drop off the slides in person. That experience was fantastic. Maybe the most helpful customer service experience I've ever had. Wish I could remember her name (it was a few weeks ago) but kudos to that person and the management.

While we were impressed with how quickly our order was processed (conversion of negatives to digital format), we were disappointed with a couple of things. When we had called customer service ahead of placing our order, we were told that we wouldn't be charged for the processing of illegible/bad shots (e.g. Blurred pictures of kids' hands), but that was not the case. Also, we were charged an exorbitant amount to have our negatives returned to us. We had known that there would be a cost, but in this case, it appeared that iMemories was looking to pad their profit margin. Though we are grateful to finally have our negatives preserved, a bit more transparency up front would have been appreciated.

We had lots of video camera film that we couldn't do anything with, so having it converted was so amazing. We found videos of family events from many, many years ago that included family members who have since died. I am SO glad we made the investment to have our videos digitized! It's expensive, yes, but worth it.

Great experience! Highly recommend anyone who has any memories to mail them in.

Do not like the quality of my videos transferred onto my computer

I found a box of old family video tapes in the garage. Without any way to watch them, I was discouraged and sad. Then I found iMemories! Ordered my kit, sent it back and in just a short time I received an emailed that my videos were ready! They were great and so much fun to share with my now adult kids and grandkids! Thank you, iMemories for preserving our past and making it easy to share.

This is the only place I could find to convert slides so that I could see what was on them and share them with the grandchildren

Loved everything about the service iMemories provided. Very fast and great quality.

I had a some old home movies on super 8 and VHS. I decided to have them converted. The finished product was then available on the app, where I was able to easily download them to my computer and edit them with my own software that I am already familiar with using. My only complaint- One of the tapes was on my app twice, broken down into different smaller cuts. Took me a while to realize I had dupicates because they weren't cut in the same places.

Efficient quick and easy with envelopes provided. Quick turn around time. Downloading from the site took alot longer but worked alot faster to just open the video and directly download it from there.

They did a great job on my videos, communicated through the whole process. My only issue is that morecthan half of my videos were "copyright" protected, which I had no way of knowing, so I paid $15 for each of 20 video tapes and couldn't get them digitized. I sent 41 tapes at $15 per tape, and only got 19 albums, so now I need to figure out how to watch/ convert the other tapes, and I'm hesitant to send more until I know what's on them. Some of these tapes were footage from my parents dive trips, it's not like they were Hollywood movies I was trying to copy.
