You can also purchase customized DVDs/USB drives(s) and/or download and save to your own computers and devices which is no charge. - I sent a vhs and for some reason they only upload it in separate segments on the site to download. That's great but could you also upload the whole vhs as one download.
-I don't want the items to be just digitized could you also enhance/edit it so it looks better.
-When you return anything that needs rewinding, please rewind it.
Hi Stephen, Thanks for you feedback. When we do the digital conversion videotapes will be separated into scenes. Our editors use location changes, time stamps and camera stops/starts to create these scenes. Based on customer feedback, our customers prefer this option to having one continuous video. We can however remove that option for customers that do want one video. Our Editors do go through each tape from beginning to end to review and research any issues they see. We can often help reduce tracking (gray lines through the picture), audio issues and some other quality problems. We do not however do any restoration services or digitally change the original videos. We specialize in creating a digital copy of old home movie films, videotapes, photos, slides, and negatives so they can be viewed again with today's technology.
Very happy with ability to see our old photos and videos right on our TV. Has been a great experience with our grand children.

My parents took many reels of old video from 1950s and 1960s, so I decided to send one, I know there was some missing but it was good to see family that is alive and dead and show my kids and relive some of those family outings.

I sent my IMemories my slide collection. They posted them online and they will be putting them on a thumb drive for me as well for an additional cost. I did the slides as a test and I'm very pleased. Will be sending in several more orders of photos and will do the same.
The 8th grade version of me made 8mm movies with stop action animation. It was awesome to see them again.
More expensive than I wanted, but price decreased with time. Didn't want materials back but they required returning them. Didn't realize I'd have to pay a monthly subscription to keep viewing the videos on their site, but appreciated that I was able to download them to my computer.
I'm still waiting for the video to be reviewed( fixed) by the data specialist. I want my videotapes back.

I would have liked the option to also put all the digital assets on a hard drive vs. now having to download them all or pay for your services.
Also, in the steps to send in items you should say to take a pic of the package label so you can track your shipment. I forgot and was stressing if the box got lost or was not received. Should be part of your checklist.

You can also purchase customized DVDs/USBdrives(s) and/or keep your online access with a cloud storage subscription for $7.99/month or $49.99/year.
