I sent in 35 DVDs and they were converted quickly to the ap. I used a 50% off code and it cost about $500. Then I was able to upload all my videos off my phone also for free. I paid the yearly subscription of $50 a month and now my kids and I can watch all our family videos on the TV or phone or whatever. I've been able to share them with other people. This was an easy and the best way I've found to make all our memories digital and easy to watch.
I will be sending in the remainder of my VHS's. I can't wait to share with the family.

The memories that were transferred to the online system were great. The problem is most of the best memories we wanted you said you were unable to transfer because they were on a European system. Maybe iMemories should invest in getting the appropriate software to transfer these files. Only more people are going to want this done.

You sent in a hard drive, which we do not process, as they may contain viruses. You can however upload the contents of the hard drive to your iMemories account at no charge. Would have loved an email each time a file was added / converted. I got one when the first file was added but nothing in between which meant I spent a lot of time checking the site on my own to see if more files had been added
Sending in my videos was an easy process. All the materials kept my tapes safe on transit. They were processed quickly and returned promptly.
I understand that there is a way that old videos resolution can be increased by a tool out there. I think that would be a good add on for your company vs. getting your memories, and then going through each one to improve the resolution quality.
Overall it has been a great experience with your company.

A customer rep phone call & several non-obvious steps are required to move your files out of the iMemories cloud onto your device. Very aggravating.

Very quick. Turn around. The videos came out. Great. A couple of them are a little grainy, but I get it there. 25 plus years old, but I am so happy with the outcome, and all of the communication between you guys and I thank you so much to everyone that helped keep these wonderful memories. For me, by digitalizing them so I never lose him. I truly appreciate all of your work and we'll be passing 2 others where I got mine done. I have a lot of other family members that have old.Cassettes that they would like to Do this too, especially seeing the outcome that I got again. I had 5 36 year old VHS tapes that needed to be converted to digital and I also had 743 photographs converted. It went really well. They kept me posted on the progress of my order and now I have them all downloaded to my hard drive and I can also view them on the app. I am very satisfied with imemories.

I felt nervous at first sending all my home videos that i treasure away, but i received confirmation that the company got my videos safely so i was relieved. The company had a quick turnaround time before i was able to view my videos online and soon after i got all my original videos back
I had a mixture of reel to reel, vcr, slides, 8mm tapes and iMemories digitized them all quickly and at a fair price. I was able to download all the videos and pictures from their web site which was great!

They want you to purchase THEIR flash drives to store your memories. It seems like it's extremely difficult for me to save my files other than to take up space on my computer.
Hi Sue, Thanks for your feedback. The purchse of a USB drive from iMemories is optional. You can absolutley download and save your memories to your computer or drive. Once the file is downloaded it is yours to save however you choose. If you are having trouble with the downloads, we can certainly go through the process with you. The only issue I had was that I wasn't notified about two tapes not being converted due to copyright issues. I had to reach out to customer service before I found out.
