It was easy to use, and I am so grateful that one of the converted videos had my mom on it, who passed away 20 years ago. I had not heard her voice in all that time, and it brought tears to my eyes. I shared it with my family, who were also eternally grateful!

I was very impressed and satisfied with the detail of this process from start to finish. My old memories are now in full view whenever I want and on different visual avenues. All would have just sat in my drawer in darkness. I just took a year renewal to keep viewing my up front for me and my family.

Converted 4 old VHS to digital - they were over 25 years old and came out pretty good!

Incorrect labeling issues on files caused some confusion, but overall good and quick service and reasonably priced on deal.

I loved the idea of saving my family memories in a digital format and iMemories did just that. The process was simple and I felt reassured that my priced photographs would be taken care of by the team. Best of all, the packaging provided and the handling of my photographs were top notch.
