I had old reels but I was hopeful to see what was on them. They were not able to get good quality video and it was very expensive. I feel like I threw a lot of money away even trying.
I have nothing but good things to say about iMemories. I received digitized versions of my old recordings quickly. My original tapes were returned to me in a timely fashion. The iMemories app is easy to use. I was able to sort and download my memories. My family has received so much pleasure reminiscing and watching old videos.

I sent the photos in chronological order but they were returned in a random order. I had to figure out how to sort them so I called in and after a few attempts, was able to figure out how to sort the photos.
Hi Veronica, Thank you for your review. When we do the digital conversion of photos, we keep them grouped and in order as they were received. Our team will do their best to scan and upload them in that order as well. If there are photos that need more attention, they will take longer to process and get upload to the account as completed. This will cause some to be out of order. Once they are online, you can arrange them in the order you'd like. We're glad to hear you were able to get everything arranged!

I was very impressed that the video returned was parsed in the diff scenes or recordings within the VCR tape I sent. That was fantastic and sold me on mining ahead to convert all my media thru iMemories.
Everything went perfect. When we watched the movies we were surprised to see what was on them. Family picnics, family vacations. Kids activities, there were so many memories. Great job to everyone.

Hi Sheila, Thanks for your review! I reviewed your films and they look really good for their age and how they were filmed. There are a few minutes here and there where they were filming in low light or dark areas. This would be dark when we do the digital conversion, since the cameras did not have any light source on them at the time. The only other issue that makes it had to view is a portion that had double exposure. This is due to someone using a film cartridge that had already been used to record film a second time in error.
