Nothing was done I got everything back the way it was when I open my box I was excited until I went through and nothing was done I paid 300.+ for nothing

If the 8mm movie doesn't have sound please let me know because I received a movie with no sound so idk if it's cause it didn't have any or if it's because you skipped a step

Service as expected. No problems. It was very easy to box up and send to iMemories.

Everything was pretty straightforward. I appreciate having a designated "kit" to pack everything and send off easily. Waiting time was as expected and was able to access everything as soon as they were loaded. Lots of options on how to save the digitized files.

I recently collected all of my father's scrapbooks that I inherited upon his death 20 years ago. These included pictures of him in World War II in the south Pacific and pictures of him and my mother dating and soon after their marriage. Priceless. The directions to follow were very clear and all promises kept! I have my movies digitally! They sent me directions on how to edit them and share with my family- feels like icing on the cake! I will be using them again soon!

I had been promising my kids that I would have our home videos made it to digital ones so they could all enjoy them. This process was so easy.

The process of packaging with the iMemories mailing box and label was very easy and fast. The videos were done within 2 weeks or so of us mailing them. We had 40 home videos for them to comb thru. We appreciate their service. It has been like Christmas morning everytime we watch our home video clips. We like the free cloud service for 30 days so we can watch them easliy with their app on our smart TV.
Download was easy. They labled the videos as we had them labled as requested. Sometimes the video segments within a video are seperated out in a middle of a themed video. But I believe we can change that with our download.
We are very pleased with the service of iMemories and have already told others about our experience. When our adult children come home to visit, we show them some of the home videos. They love seeing themselves as babies and toddlers and throughout the growing up years. This product is truly priceless.

I hadn't heard my Papas voice since he passed when I was 13. I never had the opportunity to say goodbye and I have struggled with his passing since. Just to hear his voice again was so amazing and to feel the happiness it gave me was just mind blowing. The process is super easy and I never had to worry for even a step of the way!

I feel so good that my videos have now been preserved...should have done this sooner before there was some degradation of the tape quality.

It is so rare to find a company with true customer service these days, but iMemories is *it*! A human answers the phone; they are expert, helpful, professional; friendly; they solve your problem. So five-stars for this alone and I implore the owners/management to *never* change this level of service to try to squeeze a bit more profit, okay?

Also, the company did a very impressive job not only digitizing my old videos but significantly improving the quality of the images/audio. I had first tried to digitize the videos myself. I was somewhat successful but had several tapes that transferred with very poor quality, so I sent these tapes to iMemories, hoping they might do better. Boy, did they ever! The customer service representative explained that if the quality isn't great on the first try, they'll try different techniques or equipment...so they saved my memories!

I'm very impressed by this company and hope they thrive by doing it the right way: great product, great service, fair pricing.

The films that captured the first 5 years of my daughter's life had been lost, stored in a mislabeled box for nearly 50 years! I planned a "girls trip" with my daughter, granddaughter, and nieces to view them digitally but, two days before the trip, was informed they would not be ready for two more weeks! I expressed my disappointment to a representative at iMemories who said nothing could be done... but two days later, as we arrived at the Airbnb, all 14 films appeared on my phone! We streamed them to the TV and, through tears and laughter, enjoyed the memories. Thanks for the iMemories!

I have been sending my old video tapes in over some time now. I'm so glad I decided to do this because now I get to relive those past memories over and over again anytime I want. The best part is they are all together online or in their app! I'm very happy with fast I get my memories downloaded once I send my tapes in as well. The process is super easy! SO glad I decided to do this!

I sent in 3 VHS tapes to be digitized. The process to send in the tapes was easy. After a few days I was notified that the contents of each tape was ready for viewing on the website. I was able to view the contents of each tape in the albums section. A couple of weeks later the original tapes were returned to me at no extra cost. The process was easy and the company was very good at notifying me of progress at each step. I highly recommend iMemories to anyone wishing to preserve memories.
