All good. I enjoy seeing my old memories on the computer, thank you.

I wanted to convert 20 VHS tapes into DVDs and have them downloaded on my computer and that is exactly what I was able to do! The video quality was better than I expected when I was viewing my home videos on my computer which was nice. I love how there is a consolidate feature on the website when you are trying to convert your VHS tapes to DVDs and I'm sure you're able to do it for other conversions too. The timing of having my VHS tapes converted was very timely and I appreciate the live updates on how my conversions are going. I will say though, I was most convinced to use imemories when I saw that there was a 50% off deal going on for the conversions, other wise I think this service is a bit overpriced without that discount. I don't think that I would have gone through with working with memories if it wasn't for that.

I am pleased with iMemories digitizing my precious memories. It was a good turn around time and the quality is good. I had a little difficulty in figuring out how to manuever the download and put them on my media. But one of your representatives, Jennifer Byrne, was great and walked me through it perfectly. I do believe that better instructions should be included for non-techies like myself. One complaint is I wish I had heads up the tapes were being returned. We were out-of-town and the package sat in the rain before my son could pick them up. It was packed well so nothing happened to it. But all in all I am very pleased and will do this again. It was a little expensive, but worth it. The coupon helped. Thank you.

I was so disappointed in the quality. I thought I was getting a dvd. Not a good product for the amount of money spent.

My dad took pictures throughout his life, and mine. Almost all are on slides. More than 50 trays of over 100 slides have sat dormant for years. I have been having them digitized, 2 carousels at a time. With my order I order a CD and am able to send a link to my other family members to view the pictures from our lives so many years ago. Our family has reason to talk to each other more often now 🥰. I send two carrousels, they return them. Each time I get 50% off!

I had old films that somewhat survived a house fire I wasn't sure what was salvageable. I would have liked a more personal experience someone to discuss what was in the film and if some of film was not any good. I am so pleased to be able to share with my siblings our family films

This whole process was very easy. Received my kit, decided which memories I wanted to convert first (I have about two more stacks of old videos to do still), boxed them up and sent them off. Waiting for confirmation that they had been received was the hardest part because I was so worried something would happen in transit. They got there fine and the company quickly got to work converting! I loved being able to see their progress as they finished each memory. They even left a note that they were taking a little longer on two of my oldest vhs tapes to ensure the best quality they could. Being able to install the iMemories app on my tv and watching those videos with my family was literally like Christmas in July! They're easy to download on my devices, and also to share with family & friends. Doing this was one of my favorite things I've had done in a long time!

To have all of these memories back again is amazing. Very well organized! Price is reasonable at the 50% off rate. Conversion to thumb drives or other forms of storage is quite overpriced, but so glad I can download them myself. Thank you I Memories!

Wished you had taken more time on each VHS tape conversion to digital. I know we had a lot i.e. 40 tapes but several were done quickly without care. The ones redone were excellent and what I had originally expected. Thanks for all you do.
