Loved that I can watch home videos of my boys that I forgot I had taken. A wonderful gift I would have paid double memories are priceless.

This service was simply amazing. The whole process was very organized and simple. I was so excited to share our childhood memories with everyone so now everyone has a copy instead of just one person having the only picture that exists. What a moment to share priceless memories of our grandparents with cousins. Such a great walk down memory lane.

My videos were produced very fast. My only disappointments were that they don't digitize every type of audio and video that I had at home and that I was charged the full price for a video that they did not digitize because it had a copyright.

They did a very nice job of my tapes. I still have more to send in!

I have loved my memories digitized. The app makes it so easy to share.
I was disappointed that a few videos were dark and had a lot of static. I had also hoped the color would be better and truer to the original.

Most of one high 8 tape was not done so I now have to send it in again to be finished.
When I called about the issue they were helpful.

I was happy with imemories but quite surprised that I had to pay to keep them so that's my negative.

My understanding was that iMemories would be improving the quality of my film when transferred to digital, does not look like this happened, it looks like a straight transfer of the same quality, it looks the same as a DVD that another company did a few years ago for me, I was hoping this would come out better but it did not, I do not know if I misunderstood your offer to improve while transferring to digital, other than that it is okay and I like being able to store and send to others, the people that I talked to were very helpful.

I sent my video in a prepaid package. All was processed fine and they returned my video and put my processed video on line. The resolution of the digital version was not great - I think due to the age of the original. I also forgot to use the discount coupon on the processing and so pair more than I should have. In all, a good experience!

I did speak with someone on the phone before placing my order, and they were very helpful.

It was disappointing too many steps to follow to looks at the videos online. Very expensive to convert and the just to put on line.

I surprised my wife on our Anniversary, by echoing to TV, films from before she was born through her early childhood. I had found 3 dozen 8mm films in a long forgotten box. That made her day!

We are local. All 50 plus tapes converted to digital. Had a few redone to insure best quality - 20% came out better but others were to dilapidated to improve on original. We appreciate iMemories persistence. An improvement would be to have front desk coverage during business hours or advertise a specific lunch/break time do customers can plan accordingly.

All went well with my order. Took less time than expected. Will recommend to others to use iMemories.

We weren't sure if our old vhs tapes had degraded over time but they were able to restore them really well. Very satisfied!

Good experience I was unaware you would have to pay again to keep the downloads online.

Imemories is the perfect way to digitize any old tapes, DVDs, etc that have been stored away in a box o. Your garage! Seamless, fast and very user friendly.

I mailed my Memories in two boxes! They are now on iCloud for me to organize and share! Great service and I would recommend this company!
