I sent A LOT of my father's slides from the 50's and 60's for myself and my siblings. It was a little pricy, but worth it. My siblings and I can download the ones we what and even print out! We even have a few videos online. Thank you so much

Overall satisfied. However, I did mail in my photos by groups. Clipped together in order. They weren't scanned that way so now I have to sort them in the groups I originally wanted.

I wanted to convert 20 VHS tapes into DVDs and have them downloaded on my computer and that is exactly what I was able to do! The video quality was better than I expected when I was viewing my home videos on my computer which was nice. I love how there is a consolidate feature on the website when you are trying to convert your VHS tapes to DVDs and I'm sure you're able to do it for other conversions too. The timing of having my VHS tapes converted was very timely and I appreciate the live updates on how my conversions are going. I will say though, I was most convinced to use imemories when I saw that there was a 50% off deal going on for the conversions, other wise I think this service is a bit overpriced without that discount. I don't think that I would have gone through with working with memories if it wasn't for that.

I am pleased with iMemories digitizing my precious memories. It was a good turn around time and the quality is good. I had a little difficulty in figuring out how to manuever the download and put them on my media. But one of your representatives, Jennifer Byrne, was great and walked me through it perfectly. I do believe that better instructions should be included for non-techies like myself. One complaint is I wish I had heads up the tapes were being returned. We were out-of-town and the package sat in the rain before my son could pick them up. It was packed well so nothing happened to it. But all in all I am very pleased and will do this again. It was a little expensive, but worth it. The coupon helped. Thank you.
