I had a little difficulty figuring out how to download everything onto a flash drive, but I finally got it. I'm sure it's just me and my lack of understanding. The service is great and the one time I did call, the person I spoke with was very helpful. I'm giving the flash drives to the kids/grandkids for Christmas!

The pricing was confusing. The adverts made it seem like purchasing the shipping box was the cost you were paying for the conversion. It was not until after I purchased the box and sent my VHS, the the full cost was presented to me. Or, at least presented to me clearly. If it was stated someplace in the original advert, it was not in an obvious spot. That being said, I am still happy with the work that was done.

I had these tapes down in multiple cellars in different conditions. Not always stored the best. Yet you guys got it done. I was not expecting any restoration to be possible and imemories restored all of them.
