We are enjoying every minute of the "movies!" It's a trip down memory lane. I can't wait to send the rest of my movies to iMemories especially since they're all untitled!

Even though some of my film was very old most of the Memories came thru and that's all I was really hoping for. The family had a great time watching all of them.
When I called IMemories to ask questions, they were super helpful.

Initially, I didn't receive and email about iMemories receiving my videos so I called them and they explained that they arrived late on a Friday and I would be contacted by them. From that point on, it was a seamless and very quick process. I read reviews where customers had to wait weeks. For me the entire process took no more than 2 weeks. I've been enjoying all the wonderful moments I haven't seen in 30 years. I highly recommend iMemories. They are responsive and produce a quality product.

The quality of the digital videos exceeded my expectations. I was concerned my home movies from 39 years ago would not come out well but they look great! Also, the turnaround time exceeded expectations as well! I highly recommend this service!

All went well; however, my original copies of my VHS tapes were delivered to an old address that I have not resided at in over 8 years. I'm not certain how that address was listed on my profile. Fortunately, I was able to rush to the address and grab the box from the porch when I received the email notifying me of my delivery.

A lot of old VHS tapes of different generations, all scanned into the site. Easy access for family members. So much to review and edit!

I found iMemories easy to work with and professional. They sent me the shipping label right away. I heard back from them right away with what the estimated cost would be. I chose not to do all the slides right now and it was easy to indicate a partial order.

I'm not 100% sure but it seems like some heads are cut off that were not cut off on the original image. Could that be? I haven't gone back to check. And one roll was imaged upside down. But overall, it's a wonderful service. I remember telling myself: This is the best $600 I've spent all year. The memories are cherished and priceless-- even the double-exposures or faded ones.

Overall I had a great experience, all went well with the set up on my TV and I loved being able to share them with family. There was one tape that I couldn't find on my app. I already paid for it. After contacting them they said it was copyrighted and couldn't copy it. So they did refund my money. My point was that they didn't contact me and offer a refund, I found the error and had to contact them. So be sure you check your tapes against what is on your app. They didn't give me a hard time and willing refunded my money.

Overall a great experience, but some video content seems to be missing from the VHS tapes with no explanation (tape damaged, etc).

Loved seeing all the memories on line. I didn't have a VCR to watch them and having them in line it's easy to log in and watch.
