Pricey but so worth it. Super fast customer service. Great website.

Only complaint i have is that most older smart tvs dont have the app. Had to get a fire stick to watch them or cast. Fast forwarding and rewinding vids on the app could be better too.

Sending and receiving films was easy and conversion came out as expected saved those memories thx

The VHS tapes I submitted to iMemories were all digitalized as submitted and I was able to view them on my computer. I also shared some with family members who have thoroughly enjoyed going back in time when they were younger and healthier.

This is the third batch of films I've sent to imermories. I've been extremely satisfied with the quality and the service. The only glitch was one of the films disappeared from the site so I made a call and it was re-added. Highly recommend imemories!

This was an amazing service. We had an old VHS video from my husbands junior high baseball days that he has never seen and a 20 year old camcorder tape from our wedding that we had also never seen. The process was so simple and we got our originals back with no problem. I would 100% use Imemories again.

I ordered two tapes to be digitized. Each one was done. My only issue is having to pay to have the tapes returned when I was having them digitized in order to dispose of them. When I reached out to question that, I was given a discount code. I just think that the process could be streamlined for people who don't wish to have their tapes returned.

We had 24 8mm and a couple vcr tapes converted to digital that we had from our wedding 30 years ago and from our children's births to childhood. We loved watching all of them and sharing them with our kids who are young adults now. The quality was great and they were sent to us in a timely manner.

Over the 1-month trial before the subscription ended, I was able to download all of them on my phone and iPad so that we could keep them forever. If you are on the fence about sending your tapes, I would 100% recommend doing it. They took great care and communicated throughout the entire process.

I am so glad I sent my tapes in to be converted. I absolutely love getting to watch my sons Christmas performances from pre-k again. You don't realize how many school plays and little musicals you saw all those years ago that are now lost until you get the tapes back and all of a sudden you get to watch them perform all over again but this time you get to relish it and give it really close attention.

I absolutely love the simplicity and efficiency I had with receiving my digital memories! Thank you so much!

Unbelievable end product from 30+ old home videos! We are so happy with the USB as well as the awesome IMemories app! We couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you all soooo very much.

I haven't gotten started yet. I turned in just a few pictures, about 3 albums but i have more albums both personal and from my army travels. I am 77 years old so i have lost count of how many. I will update this after I get stated.

The process was easy and fast! The price was affordable and I was very happy with the results. I was able to access my videos and store them easily.

Glad I had my VHS tapes digitized. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the quality of pics on the DVD cases.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish! I could not be happier with the results and now have digitized photos of family photos that go back years!
