I was so scared to send off all of my original tapes at first. The thought of never seeing them again scared me! The constant updates I received by email surely kept my mind at ease! The great thing was I didn't have to wait to see what I had on them. The minute they received them I started receiving notifications that videos were ready digitally. I was able to watch my memories unfold in front of my eyes. The quality is amazing! I received all my tapes back as soon as they were uploaded. Thank you so much for helping me see all of my memories again. Priceless

Sent 8mm film which was digitized, but they can't deal with audio tapes. Wonder why? Took forever to get the materials returned. Whole experience not worth the money.
Simple and reasonably priced. The "turnaround" time was just a few weeks. It's always exciting to see the converted videos become available.

I have received my digitalized movies. The pricing was a bit confusing to me, it actually cost more than I anticipated, but has been worth it.

I've used imemories services for several years. Most recently I sent in 3 VHS videos to be turned to digital. I was notified when the first 2 were available in my account for viewing. I never heard anything about the third video. I had to reach out to customer service to see what happened to that video. I was told that the video had copyrighted material on it (apparently someone had taped a movie on that tape at some point) so they could not digitize it. So no one told me about the video until I reached out and then I had to pay for it to be digitized even though I cannot access the digital product. Between that and the app not being user friendly to upload content directly from my phone anymore, I'm keeping my eyes open for other providers.
Some of the digitalized items brought tears to my eyes. I have not been able to view them for ages. Thank you so very very much.

Just go ahead and gather those vhs tapes. You will find good service and good communication. We are very happy to have our old vhs tapes converted to digital memories. Easy to share with my family! I would recommend if you want to save your old memories!
Having everything digitized was a great way to share with family living all over. Then I had some put on blu ray. Now I can enjoy or share anytime. Love it.

In September, i sent 50 photos to iMemories to be digitalized. Within a month, I received notice that my digitized photos were online and was able to view them - and my original photos were back in my hands. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from iMemories. Phone calls to iMemories for information and help have been helpful.
