Good experience, not easy sending ones family memories out to strangers. Imemories instilled trust in the process and flowed through with what they said would be done.

Some of the videos have streaks thru them and it happens to be the important moments but all and all it's nice to have the memories more accessible

Converted wedding video from 32 years ago and there was some deteriation but it was converted before more damage could occur.

When I shipped my videos I was told 2-3 weeks for processing and I had all my 28 videos done before one week was up. And I received all my originals back one week after that. It was so fun to share my videos with my adult children for them to view and reminisce!

I had wondered for years how to access these beloved videos of my son, and let everyone see them. It sounded arguous and complicated - instead it was amazingly easy and relatively fast.

Excellent communication at all steps of the process. The result was wonderful. 50 years old 8mm film converted to digital with no damage to to the film. Three reels, many more to follow.

VERY GOOD EXCEPT I SIGNED UP FOR SECURE CLOUD STORING AND DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT It doesn't appear I can save photos on my desktop Mac unless I do one at a time and there are 100's. I sort of need walk thru instructions on how to save to my own photos already saved.

Very excited to be able to watch my home movies again. High-quality video and audio. I only wish that the wedding video I sent could have been converted. It was the only one out of the nine tapes I sent that was missing.

We received the box, and were able to go on line to see the segments, but have not gone through all the segments and figured out how to down load to CD in some better order. It appears to be done and the quality is as good as the VHS was for its time.

We need to finish up the process. Life seems to be getting in the way of accomplishing that. We need to get online and educate ourselves how to edit and save what we want. It really is amazing what you can do with our very old tapes. Thank you! Now we just need to do our part!
