Excellent experience - start to finish. I am technologically challenged and they explained the whole process so that I understood it. Would recommend them highly.
Digitalization was completed on time and in good shape. I especially like the ability to edit the videos. Instructions aren't clear on how to do that but a call to Imemories cleared up my confusion.

It worked out fine but I have limited access to your cloud. Now I have to download to my cloud (I'm not sure how to do that) or pay, pay, pay.
I had several hundred print photos from decades ago that I wanted preserved and converted. IMemories did a great job converting all of them (mostly from the negatives) and I received all of the photos and slides back just as expected. I plan to use iMemories for additional digitizing.

Haven't had time to work with videos yet. Was disappointed that I started getting msgs that I had to start paying for storage in order to retain access to my videos

So happy I found this online service which enabled me to have all my VHS tapes digitized and viewed online. My 3 adult children laughed for hours watching their youth unfold onscreen and my youngest, who insisted that we had no record of her because we were too busy with our big family by the time she was born literally cried,"I've been waiting for this my whole life!" when she saw herself indeed featured prominently in the videos.
