Excellent job converting the footage. My only complains is that I submitted 96 videos and only had 83 converted. I never received an explanation as to why, and after emailing support, they explained that some footage could not be converted due to damage. It would have been nice to get a notice after my order was completed.
Wow! So amazing and easy. I was very nervous about letting all my precious home movies out of my possession to send. Box and instructions were very simple. Tracking of package progress also helped relieve my worries. Was so thrilled how quickly I got the email saying my films were digitized and ready to view. Thrilled to be able to watxh them whoever my family and I want to.

This was one of the best things I have ever done. All the beautiful memories that I thought would be lost came back to life with the transfer of many very old movie reels and photos to digital. So happy.

I was able to save to my computer so I don't need the Cloud service, but I believe I will be converting more reels.
The quality of the digital files is outstanding. I sent in Super8, slides, negatives, even some tin types. The scans are very clean. I appreciate the organizational system used for the scans too. Once my photos were posted, it was very easy to find any photo! Thank you iMemories!

This is my first time to use iMemories. I am a senior citizen and have many many photos, slides, videos etc. I sent for a box and put many slides into my first order. When they had finished, I wanted to organize the order they were in. I needed to call and was connected to "Catie". She was very patient and walked me through the entire process. She also gave me options for the final way to have my slides. I was very appreciative to her kindness and patience until I learn how to do this myself. My thanks to Catie! I am looking forward to viewing my slides on a CD.

I am very pleased with this service. It is everything I'd hoped for. I'm slowly getting all of my videos that date back to the 80's digitalized. I was so worried they would rot away and I'd lose them for good!
