The concierge service was unexpected. I purchased both an imemory and a legacy box. While I liked the barcoding stickers that I placed on my items from legacy, it was the personal concierge point of contact with iMemories that made a bigger difference. I always had someone dedicated to my videos that I could email. I had zero difficulty with imemory and will finish my set with them.

I sent over 100 family photos and my wedding VHS video of 25 years to be digitalized. The photos were all good and I'll do more. I think the cost was appropriate. The video for the most part was ok but quality not so good in parts. This is what I would expect of a 25 year old video on VHS. It was good to have memories of our day and of family and friends no longer with us.

Having all of my family pictures, videos and home movies on digital format is a wonderful way to share the family pictures.
I just insert the flash drive that holds over 30 years of family movies on a little device.As of this writing I have not received it, but I have been extremely satisfied with being able to view it online.

I had an old video tape digitized and I was unhappy with the sound on the finished product so iMemories paid for me to send it back in and they fixed the problem with no extra cost. I am very satisfied and highly recommend their service.

My videos were digitized in a timely manner about That I thought imemories would separate the videos. The titles are all written on the outside of the cassette and it is very easy to tell when one video ends and another begins.

Love the iMemories. Love that I can share these clips with my family members. Great that the videos are stored safely and easily accessible. What an amazing company.

Some tape was not transferred properly. It was later re-done.

After 30 years of sitting in my cabinet I decided to convert my 8 mm videos. IMemories were highly rated so I went with them. What a joy to see the results.

Total joy to go back in time to see where we started and where we are now. How time flew by and how important it is to capture and cherish beautiful moments.

I was so happy to see faces of people who have since passed along with the wonderful memories of my children when they were small. Fun to share memories again with the ones you love.

My experience would be better if your application was compatible across all browsers, especially Google Chrome.

IMemories was an easy way to get those old tapes and cassettes into a format that you could actually see. What a fun time with family reliving some of those memories that we hadn't seen in years.

Films were very old consequently quality was not great. I was disappointed I wasn't notified during the sign-up process that there would be a yearly iCloud charge

Let's face it, the originals I've sent to iMemories were awful. Fuzzy, dark... I could go on. But the iMemories team always makes what I send them better, especially because I am able to download to HD. Thanks for improvement over the originals every time!
