IMemories made converting old slides and videos very easy. They promptly sent a box large enough for several videos and numerous slides and took only a few weeks to convert them and place them online for our viewing and download to our own computer. We will also order DVDs to be made, as we do not wish to maintain an online subscription.

Great, easy process to send in our old videos and convert to online accessible ones. Only downside is monthly fee for online access after spending a lot for the transfer. That was not part of the initial ad.

Very happy with this company. A bit expensive, but worth it! I'm placing my actual order soon for DVD's & have already received my original movies back. Was hesitant about mailing them, but all went well! Would recommend.

It SO nice to be able to call customer service and speak to someone who you can understand and is personable! That's unheard of now days. Typically, I end up calling a customer service agent who you question is from the same country or you can't understand--- very nerve racking.

My experience has been excellent thus far. Everything has been easy. I received the box and it was very easy to pack my tapes and reels and ship back. I received several emails regarding receipt of my tapes/reels, regarding that they are working on the order, etc. I received an email with links to the digital files which were of good quality and were separate, which was nice. I had questions which were answered quickly. I still have not had the time to download and put my videos together, but I do not anticipate having any problems. Very satisfied thus far.

My hi8 videos came out at a terrible resolution. Don't think it's an iMemories issue... just how used we are to hdtv.

Quite possibly the best Christmas gift I've ever been able to give to my children. They are able to view six videos their late Father made when they were young and their children were young. Quite a gift from an 80 Year old grandma. I wish there were a rating of 10, Especially for the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much imemories

Thank you iMemories for helping me convert all my home videos to digital. I went online to view and edit what you converted for me. I appreciate your program and your staff that helped walk me through the steps. I will be sharing iMemories with my friends and family that have their own boxes to digitize. This was well worth the money and saved me years of work. The differance between iMemories and other companies for me was your editing and sharing program. I created folders that allowed me to copy the hundreds of clips on each video to the child or family member it went to. Then I could either share them online or have a DVD burned to send to family and friends. My only suggestion because I'm not the greatest computer person, if someone could create a you tube video or have one built in to your program that shows step by step on how to use the viewing and editing tools.
