Easy process but it took longer than I expected. Some of the video that was transferred was divided into sections labeled..."oops I forgot". They were portions and splices from other reels of video and it made it difficult to place them in chronological order. No explanation was given as to why the video was divided. Thankfully, I know how to work with video to place them back in order. Others may find it frustrating to watch small clips that are out of order of happening.
Yes received them. Even though the films were over 50 yrs old. It was nice to see what was recoverable. Good Memories saved!

The conversions were of very good quality. The information about what could be done on smartphone and what could only be performed on laptop was limited though.

I believed that I was ordering dvds, I thought digitizing was simply putting my videos on dvds. I understood it would cost me $9.99 for each one. Instead I was informed that I would have to pay an additional amount to have this done. I am elderly and wish this could have been done for me, so I am not happy.

This was the first time I've used iMemories. I love that they help us keep our cherished memories safe. I sent our wedding video to be transferred from VHS to digital. They did an excellent job of keeping the original just as they received it and returned it in same condition. When the video was available to look at online I saw that in the beginning the tape was on its last leg. Thank God I sent this in. IMemories did a good job transferring to digital from vhs. I plan to use them again.

Videos & movies transfered to digital fine... Now the dvd making is in question... does each little 3 minute movie cost 9.99 or can I get them all combined on one? If so, that's where they getcha.
We appreciate you taking the time to submit your review. You can get a little over 2 hours on each DVD. With film reels you can get approximately 2000 feet of film. By choosing the Online Plus option you can consolidate your video into fewer DVDs. This also will give you a chance to delete anything you may not want on the DVDs or organize them in an order that makes sense to you. We would be happy to walk you through the process. Love your procedure from beginning to end. You make me feel you value my pictures and videos as much as I do. The discount coupons you provide.are a great incentive to do more than I normally would.
I've used your services in the past and have been very pleased. On this order my textured photos (wedding) were scanned poorly leaving a white spotted checkerboard pattern on each. There is no way I can even edit the electronic versions to make them look like the original.
My daughter can not thank me enough for the videos we now can share. She even cried knowing these priceless videos now can be viewed. Thank you imemories for this joyful experience.
