Received my digital movies in a timely manner so was able to share with family by Thanksgiving. They were all thrilled.

I appreciated that my videos were digitized promptly and returned safely.
It would have been helpful if imemories had made it clear that once I downloaded the videos onto my computer that I would no longer be able to access them on my phone using iCloud.

So satisfied with their service. Didn't have high expectations but iMemories delivered every thing and more. Now enjoy memories from my childhood that I feared would be lost forever. They delivered digital record of my fathers old 8 MM films from the late 50's & 60's. Planning to surprise my cousins at Christmas with DVD's of our memories of Christmas of old. The parents of all cousins are now deceased which will make this special. Thank you iMemories.

They did a great job with the first 180 slides, so we're sending them another 300 or so to finish the job.

I was a little concerned when I shipped my box off but ever since getting my videos converted I am telling everyone about iMemories. I have been wanting to convert my childhood movies for years and finally seeing them and the quality brought me to tears. I love the customer service you all provide and the many options you have to converting. I'm so excited that I'm planning a family reunion once all the movies are converted and I will be reveling them to the family and yes I plan on provided lots of Kleenex! Words can not express how great I am to your company.

Mahalo for converting the VHS tapes I sent. I wish the others were able to be converted (moldy), but if I didn't try iMemories, I wouldn't have known. The one that did get converted was a treasure to me! Mahalo!

Imemories does a fantastic job converting my VHS home movies to DVDs. I only wish the shipping cost wasn't more than the converting rates, it makes it very difficult to afford and I can only convert one VHS at a time. Otherwise, thank you for this service!
