I shot and shot and shot video when the kids were growing and never ever watched them. Now you digitized them, I can throw away the old VHS and Mini Dv tapes and I can not only watch and remember the great stuff, but easily edit and share the movies. I love IMemories.

Everything was converted and I was able to download them into my DropBox folder. Wish the quality of the digital conversion was better but they were VHS after all.

I choose to watch my movies on my phone and also had DVDS made. I also called your company and the people were so nice and willing to help.

I am enjoying watching the memories that I didn't think I would see again. Tapes that were sitting in a box for years are now available to watch again.

Easy to send in videos. Work was done in a timely manner. I was somewhat dissappointed in that some of the videos came out choppy with lines through them, and not "restored" as was promised in the ads. I am hoping to contact Imemories to have them "redo" some of the digital transfers.

I just converted my tapes and this was so important to receive. I just had a loss in our family and one of the tapes had everyone in our family together. Our hearts were swollen to be able to see and hear the ones we lost. Thank you

I am pleased with the conversion but I feel like I was mislead as far as the cost- I paid well over $300 for the transfer and will now have to pay monthly or annually to keep the memories available. The transfer to other modes, dvd, costs an additional fee.

I highly recommend imemories I Had transferred some of my videos to desktop after procrastinating I decided to finally send them off to get them all done. Comparing to the ones I transferred and imemories they did an outstanding job. So much clearer.

Quick and easy, I still have about a week left on the cloud., got to everything taken care of

I sent in my items and they were quickly logged. Once I selected the things I wanted to digitized the process was completed in a timely manner.

Loved the whole process from beginning to end, I'm satisfied with my videos, they took good care of my tapes as well.

I was reluctant to use this service however I am very glad that I did! My family and I enjoyed watching home videos effortlessly over Thanksgiving. Worth every penny!

My videos/pictures were duplicated and placed on my Imemories page. The videos/pictures were returned to me. Unlike previous orders, this one didn't have the personal touch I experienced prior. In particular, a discussion regarding my order. I only received an email expecting payment.

I had a VHS tape transferred to a digital format. I found the website difficult to navigate. It needs more information and instructions on the process. It was also difficult to determine pricing options. For a company that specializes in digital media I found the on line experience very underwhelming. The service is also very expensive. I found a local company which is able to provide the same service for half the price.

The converted slides were generally OK, though almost all needed some color and contrast adjustment. One slide was totally off, with weird colors.
