We had no way to play our older VHS and VHSc tapes... iMemories to the rescue! Now we can watch, share and relive these prices memories any time we want. It's was very easy to ship everything off, easy to communicate with them for questions and very fast getting everything on the cloud.
I heard my dad's voice for the first time in 5 years, heard my boys laughter and joy as babies again, watch videos from events 20 years ago I had forgotten. My heart is full.

For some bizarre reason, the uploaded file had muddied sound on my computer but after some discussion, we discovered that the sound on the file was fine when played on different computers. It's still a mystery but at least I know that the file works on other computers.

I sent two tapes but only one was done because the other was blank but no one told us. I had to call and ask

Had problem with getting disc. Unknown to me, i asked for disc and after paying more than $60 you said i not knowing that i did not request a disc, i finally got it after a few e-mails

Very time consuming to download, one by one. Quality of video (audio) choppy. Still haven't received my originals. A little pricey for what we received.
Clearly you have a difficult job to do for us. What I don't understand very well is what you do and what you DON'T DO. I'm seeing a fraction of my materials on my phone. I'm waiting for my thumb drive to arrive, but it's been months. When will I get that? Which of my materials have NOT been copied ( can't be copied) and where are they? I need a time frame for completion. Those returned materials are not marked as copied or not copied when you return them. I admit I may be confused... I may have missed some step, and that may be my fault, but I think communications with clients need to be improved.
Love the service, easy and convenient! Quality of videos are not as great as I hoped for, but probably because they are so old. Cheaper than the drugstore but still a bit expensive.

The pictures are there. There is no explanation about what to do with them. There are little 0 one each picture but no explanation about what to do. Many of the pictures can be erased but I do not know how. I need instruction. Please call me soonest. *******504
