From the very beginning when I spoke to the agent, it has been a pleasure working with iMemories and the decision for me to convert my VHS tapes to a digital format where I can view them anytime, anywhere and with my extended family was the best decision I made. Being able to digitalize my old pictures and videos has been the best I have ever done to preserve my old memorials. I have uncluttered my closet, and I will continue to do so. IMemory is very efficient. I am satisfied with the timely manner in which materials have been uploaded. Now that I have my pictures and video clips in the cloud, I could make books and make movies and organize them much better. However, the most important thing for me about iMemories is that this company MAKES MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS ACCESSIBLE at any time and anywhere for my family and friends to enjoy by subscribing to their "cloud." Thank you iMemories for your excellent service. I will soon be sending more stuff. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

My videos were converted to digital very quickly. A few of them have some wavy lines on them. IMemories customer service responded to the concern right away and said they would try to fix them if I send them a list.

After I was told a tape could not be transferred due to copyright issue, I went ahead to purchase 16 hours or 8 DVD's. Two weeks later a rep called me saying that, yes they can put that 6.5 minute interview program on a DVD, but it would cost me $9.99. Since it was imemories fault, I ask to put it on at the end of a new DVD 1, which had room and send me an updated DVD. They said no and I would have to pay for a new DVD. Again, I paid it, the DVD was out of sink by date and Imemories would not accept any blame for the contradiction of information and of course paided more money. That is why I was not satisfied.
Overall was delighted but there were specific tapes that were not run to the end... on in particular... Breecher kids... has audio and "credits" and whomever transferred it did not run it to the very end. It was cut off prematurely. I know this to be true because I we watch the VHS every year on an old system. If this is true of this tape it makes me wonder about the others. Love the easy access to these via an app that I can share...

My decision to convert a number of family videos to online media came at the last minute before I left the country. The process was easy to understand and use and the quality of the videos is ecellent!

I was kinda hoping to have had another option of adding more quality to the films. Overall they were quick with their services. Very friendly on the phone and answered any questions I had.

Very good. This company kept me up to date on what was happening with my tapes through emails. They sent me a notice that my box was coming. I haven't watched them yet so I cannot say how they turned out, although I am anxious to.

This process has been very easy and worth while. I still have trouble on my Mac opening up and viewing the videos. It seems to occur after I have been viewing for 30 minutes or so. Then new videos seem to lock up. Not sure why
It was quick easy and fabulous customer service. Im thrilled that I now have access to my family treasures. The facility was beautiful and easy to find. The access to my movies is easy.
