Imemories did a great Job! Although, just a little pricey, they did a great job and I just kept putting it off and never got it done. After flooding twice from hurricanes in the past four years and loosing more and more photos, I decided I better get what I had left digitized before I lost everything. It was easy and the website is easy to use and wonderful to share with family and friends! I have just loved it. I will use it again. Even for the price. It was worth it.
This was a first time experience for me. I had about ten vHS tape to convert and am so glad I did! Enjoying our visit to the past and thrilled our twenty plus year olds can see who we were and how fun our younger days were. Love everything about the experience!

I've been wanting to convert old home movies on film for a while for my mom and I was scared about them getting lost in the mail, the quality, etc. This was such a great experience, with the prepaid box to send the movies in, to the viewing them online, to ordering a DVD. My mom said it was one of the best presents she's ever gotten. Thank you!
It was easy to request shipping box, send back through FedEx and expected amount of time for converting. It was easy to maneuver the site and find my digital copies and download. The quality of videos was good, they were old VHS so what I received was as good at the original video. I have more I will send in for converting.

I had an excellent experience! Received my box in the mail, placed the material I wanted digitized in the box, dropped the box with a prepaid label at Fed Ex. Received an email upon receipt of the box from imemories with updates along the way of the digitizing progress. It has been a simple, efficient process. Viewing everything online has been easy to share with family! Wished I had done this years ago before some of the film had deteriorated with age. Thanks so much for making this possible!
Was able to split into groups that pertained to each other. IMemories did a good job of the first split and I only had to split two of the groups. I am impressed with the software. Thank you

The process was very easy. I was super excited when I received my memories digitally and was able to watch them with my kids. I do wish the memories could have been organized by date of when they were taken before they were sent back to me.
I have been an IMemories customer for a very long time. I have not only purged all of my photo albums and videos into the cloud, we have done the same with our parents photos. My mom had 185 photo albums! They are now all organized and in the cloud for all of our family to view and enjoy. It's an incredible system and is affordable. I refer IMemories often to friends who don't know what to do with their boxes of family photos.
Found a film after my mom passed, sent in and was very pleased at the conversion. Done in a timely manner. Download was easy and can share with my family.
It took almost 3 months to get done and nowhere in the info did it say there was an additional charge per month to view them. We won't be doing the rest of our videos.
Imemory was able to capture all video, many that i thought were damaged are beautifully saved and clear.
I sent a box of old 8mm movies from my family. The earliest movies were from 1958. IMovies did some excellent work converting the movies to digital format. The results are very good.
I can't wait to send some more in. Being able to save vhs tapes my dad made when I was younger is priceless.
