It took a long time to transfer over, I was originally going to bye the conversion unit and do myself but the cost didn't really justify since I would only use that one time.
After they were converted the quality was very poor for price I could have bought the unit myself and converted.
I've been very pleased with imemories and the conversion of our family movies to digital. We have enjoyed watching and re-watching these special times all together.
Grateful to have access again to past treasured moments, an easy process worth the value, and so affordable.

After my Dad passed away we had so many slides to preserve. I was so happy to find iMemories. Easy instructions and so reasonable. My family is thrilled to be able to look at over 70 years of memories!
Getting my old VHS tapes converted to Blu ray was easy. Being able to see the results online before ordering was nice. I thought the pricing was quite fair.
On my first order, several of my tapes were not converted. I would like to have received an individual explanation for each tape, but got a blanket explanation. I also had to request a refund for the tapes not converted.
Also, I expected that the conversion to digital would have cleaned up some of the "noise" and graininess on the tapes. I didn't see any improvement
Overall, I'm satisfied that these memories are preserved for my children and grandchildren.
I did ask to have my birth of Tiffany video rechecked bc I know there was more on there than I was given.
I was so excited to see movies of my grandchildren that I had forgotten about. I didn't have any way to view them and finally decided to try imemories. I was very happy with the results and so glad I sent my videos to iMemories.

Was pricy and some videos are dark. Thought they would enhance them. But overall turned 13 vhs into 5 DVDs. My mom is happy so that's what I wanted.
This is such a great service! I truly enjoyed it and the customer service was fantastic! I didn't expect it would take as long as it did, but that is probably because I was excited to see what was on the film I sent in. I would definitely purchase this again!
