My tapes were processed in a timely manner and I'm so grateful! I finally have a way to look at my old home movies! What an awesome experience! I highly recommend!
We have family movies that go back to the 1940's and haven't been able to watch them for many years. Having the converted by iMemories was inexpensive and we are delighted with the results.
I RECEIVED ALL OF THE LARGE QUANTITY OF VHS AND 8MM FILMS THAT I SENT. MOST WERE DIGITIZED AS BEST THEY COULD BE. HOWEVER SOME OF THE 8MM FILMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MONITORED DURING DIGITIZATION BY ONE OF YOUR TECHS SO THAT THEY COULD HAVE LARGELY INCREASED THE BACKLIGHTING. MOST OF THE FILMS WERE WAY TOO DARK. I THINK THAT YOU COULD ALSO POSSIBLY HAVE SLOWED THE SPEED OF RECORDING ON THE FILMS.
THE VHS TAPES WERE MOSTLY OK, HOWEVER AGAIN, IF A TECH HAD MONITORED THE DIGITIZATION PROCESS HE OR SHE SHOULD HAVE ADJUSTED THE TRACKING. THERE WAS A LOT OF STREAKING AND DISTORTION. I GUESS THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW SINCE THE RECORDINGS ARE STORED IN THE IMEMORIES CLOUD. ALL IN ALL, THE RECORDINGS WERE OK.

Videos came out great thank you very much! They made it very easy to get my VHS tapes converted to digital.
I have downloaded the digital movies but have not transferred to a external hard drive yet. Lisa my former wife has ordered DVDs. Still have more VHS tapes to send you guys. So far very pleased with this order. Thanks

I am extremely happy with my imemories experience. I am digitally challenged so knowing exactly what to chose in the way of a format was a problem for me. I still am not sure I chose properly. I downloaded them to my laptop, but when I want to send them to one of my children it says the image is to large. When I sent from your site, there was no problem.
Great seeing the films! Been a long time since we have seen them,
I had this random tape in a box of junk for literal years. I had no idea what could be on it. When I received the digital files back I was in for a surprise. My friends and I used to use my dad's camcorder to film the most monotonous things of our every day life in high school. What was monotonous then... is now so important to me. It was like opening a time capsule. Rewatching something I forget I even had memory of. For that I thank iMemories for preserving these memories of a different time... forever.

Our Parents died in a Plane crash when I was 14. That was 1967. Life was traumatic and we were busy just surviving. We didn't look at the old home movies my Dad had taken for many years. By the time we found them they had not aged in the best shape in a cardboard box. I was just thankful my brother had them stashed!
I knew to save them I would have to digitize them. We had so many that I knew it was gonna be expensive. We had gotten a stimulus check and decided to use it to pay for them...
I am busy downloading them as I write this. I shared them with my brother and we are both so happy to have them!
Everything happened just as promised. I will gladly use iMemories again.
I was happy with the results but question the added cost of the cassette. I sent in 20 reels and one cassette. According to your sale pricing cassettes, VCR and reels were $11.99 each. I was charged $35.97 for the cassette. It was split into 3 videos of a birthday party. I feel it should be considered as 1 cassette for a total cost of $11.99 not $35.97.
So far I am pleased with the turn out of all my home videos. It did take a long time to get the digital files, but everything seems to be in good condition and the quality is better then I expected for tapes that are over 25 years old. I am struggling with what to do with the digital cloud version and downloading onto my computer so I can burn my own DVD's. Its very time consuming so I would advise to have the company do it for you. I was trying to save money but its a big job, and each tape takes hours to upload onto my lap top then burn to a DVD for storage. I had an issue with the downlaod at one point and called for help. The customer service was very good!
