One of my reels was done in reverse. Asked to be corrected and it was. With that said it was a wonderful trip down memory lane. They have options for keeping your memories on the cloud until you can figure out what to do with them. I loved looking at the memories and realized that so many years ago we did not know to go just a little slower with the movie camera. Sometimes it was looking at a blur because of going so fast when scanning. Haven't tried photos yet. That is my next expedition.

I was so nervous about sending all my original tapes off. But they made it so easy and communicated well throughout the entire process!
I would do this again in an heartbeat. It is so nice having all our home videos so easily accessible in a digital format that we can watch anywhere!
I'm not too computer able but i finally was able to download my photos to a file
I'm thrilled that my 20 year old videos are now digitized. The editing of the videos, however, was not great. The beginning of every video shows the last clip from the previous video, then cuts out and starts the new video.
The cost was to high for what I received, I do not want to pay a monthly fee for this product after paying up front
Overall, I am pleased with the process. One video I submitted was not converted. Another video was converted, but the tracking should have been adjusted for clarity. Any chance that could now be corrected? Thank you!
