Loved how they worked with my family & I. We ended up creating 2 accounts since my in-laws mailed some of their old camera videos along with my stuff in the box. They didn't make it difficult either! They were Very helpful given the confusion of my account!

Files came back with mostly great digitized video. I was hoping the clarity of the long home movie would have been better, but it improved over the original.

At first i had problems with downloading the photos. But after conferring with the support staff it was easy. What fun to see old slides of ancestors that can be shared with present family members. All was done timely.

Imemories experience was very good. Pick up and delivery was very easy. Most of the video conversions were good. A few the quality was bad and not visible but I was told I was this was because the original video was bad, which was disappointing. Where as some older ones were converted and copy is great. Overall very satisfied.

A bit slower turnaround than anticipated and down loading a little difficult. But am totally satisfied with finished product and will use again.
