IMemories converted a pile of very old Beta and VHS tapes for me. The process was easy. Just send. I got back by email organized digital videos of so many things I had forgotten about. I have watched them over and over. The quality is good. It is wonderful to have these times in my life visually restored.

The only thing I did not like was the limited viewing on line (30 days).

It is very easy to share from the iMemories site. I hope to make more iMemories

First set of films I have enjoyed watching. I am unsure how to put them on thumb drives though.

All excellent. Only one thing, I can't play the dvds on my old player, just on my new one.

Ok, I have enjoyed seeing movies I could not see at home. I have the membership with your company so I can review and look at them whenever I want to. My annual membership does include any films I have ordered - correct? It better be!

I am really happy with the results of my digital conversion. My children are really enjoying viewing their childhood videos and I am very happy to be able to view my Wedding Day videos. I no longer have a VHS player so I could not have shown my kids my Wedding. Thanks for the Memories!

The whole process has been great! I plan on continuing to send more movies to download

Good company, doing what they said they would do. I'm just editing and hope they turn out the way I hope they would. Some of these films are quite old. Memories are very important to hand down when your gone. I wish I would have had these with my ancestors.

My experience with iMemories has been extremely satisfying.

We tried to watch the old super 8mm and the 8mm films with a projector and almost ruined the film on a few reels. It was a pleasure watching the same films digitized, bringing back lots of good memories. I should have used iMemories years ago.

I will send more videos when my old ones are returned.

Im having trouble downloading my digital files. Also there is no sound.

These were very old family VHS tapes that were almost completely unwatchable. You guys did an outstanding job converting it to digital and viewable once again. Many thanks

Once completed, did not see it as a great value. Had difficulty sharing with family. Still not sure how to do it after many tries. Granted, I'm not very skilled with electronic media. Clearer instructions on troubleshooting would be helpful.

I am never disappointed with the memories restored by iMemories. Thank you!
