Easy just send in vhs's. They reviewed them and enjoyed seeing my family videos.
Sent over 25 reels of Super8 film for scanning. Scanning was done in approximately the timeframe expected. All digital videos were downloaded from the online site. Videos look good. I don't notice much dust, etc and color is fair good, not enhanced. BUT, everything is in standard definition, 640x480 specifically. No where could I find on their website about scan resolution, so that is all that I could expect. I think they would have looked better in a 720 line resolution, so that is the only reason I am giving only 4 stars.
I had some videos that didnt have sound. Some were pretty hard to see, but am grateful to have them.
For the most part I'm happy with the results but a few of the tapes are not clear, almost as if the tracking wasn't corrected before starting the conversion. There are lines going thru the video.

Sent videos in to be digitized. IMemories did a terrific job. Started to see some of the videos within 3 weeks; all were transferred and viewable online within 6 weeks. Just waiting on my originals to be returned.
Imemories was very efficient in getting my old videotapes converted into a digital format that I have been able to download onto my computer. I now feel better about them being safe from damage due to possible wildfires in California. The videos were fun to view right from the Imemories account I set up on their website. It took about a month or so to complete the process. Thank you Imemories. Lots of tears and laughter watching these older videos.
