The digital version of my VHS tape had a loud buzzing over half the video, making it almost impossible to view.

We loved seeing our slides in digital format... it was easy to back up to an external hard drive. But, we were able to view them easily on the iMemories server. I also found it easy to download to my laptop desktop. The only negative we ran into was at times getting to the iMemories server was 'buggy'... I would log in and it would jump back to the log in screen... so logging in twice would have it opening successfully. Other times, it wouldn't work and I'd have to change browsers. It was the browser as sometimes I'd access from Edge and it wouldn't connect. So I'd change to Chrome, but it also happened with Chrome and I'd go to Edge to connect.
Great to have videos and photos on PC with capability to download in various ways.

I sent in old movies of myself and family, some before I was born. I was able to hear my dad's voice as he was behind the camera most of the time. He's been gone for almost 20 years and it was amazing to hear his voice again!
